Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
How to start a return
Email lotusveilca@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective.
