How to track

1. Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email
2. Copy your tracking number and paste it into the box above, or click the link in that email
3. Follow your package from our fulfillment center to your door

Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your tracking number for the carrier to show the first status update — this is normal.

Still can't find your package?

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or your order is past its estimated delivery window, reach out to us at support@vervetrend.com with your order number. We'll look into it and get back to you within 24 hours.
