Curious where your VerveTrend order is? Here's everything you need.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey. Just click the link to see real-time updates from the carrier.
How to track
- Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number into the carrier's website
- Follow your package from our fulfillment center to your door
Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your tracking number for the carrier to show the first status update — this is normal.
Still can't find your package?
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, or your order is past its estimated delivery window, reach out to us at support@vervetrend.com with your order number. We'll look into it and get back to you within 24 hours.
